How do I fix this error message? Please help!?

I can't access my yahoo acount info. I keep getting this message: Error 107 (net::ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR): SSL protocol error.
I have already tried go to my Google Chrome options and enabling SSL 310... It didn't work. Please help!

Try Mozilla Firefox.
You can contact yahoo and they'll explain very good for you.
