How do I register windows without losing all my stuff?

I was drunk one night and uninstalled my version of windows. How do i re register it without losing all of of my files and stuff? Or my other question is will I lose all of my files?

How many partition do you have? if you had one partition on your system its not possible to do If you mean re install by register, but you can plug your HDD to other system with windows as second HDD and open your HDD and recover your data.
